I recently ordered flowers for a dear friend who just welcomed a beautiful baby girl, and I was having the hardest time finding the perfect arrangement. I called Floral Haven and had the pleasure of speaking with Jill, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while guiding me through selecting the perfect florals. She even assured me that she would personally create the arrangement and make sure it was absolutely perfect and she did just that. The flowers were stunning, even more beautiful than I imagined. To top it off, they were delivered the very same day I placed the order. My friend absolutely loved them! Jill is amazing, and I will definitely be ordering from Floral Haven again they’re amazing!💕

Our family was very pleased with the care and service that we received at Floral Haven with the lead up and the conducting of my father Paul Williams service and grave side burial. The care that our funeral director Jackie Shutden showed during this process was greatly appreciated. During these great times of loss, it was so reassuring to know that Jackie was always there to answer all of our questions and to help in anyway even after the service and burial were completed. Our family will never forget the kindness that she and the folks at Floral Haven showed during those time. Thank you, Mike Williams and Family.

Floral haven went above and beyond for my families needs when my mom passed away. Andrea Shields was our funeral director and stayed in contact with me daily on every option, question and opinion we had. She was sweet, compassionate, caring and professional. Chuck and Tim were great to work with as well, lots of questions answered and were very understanding. The only concern we had was the financial part, none of which the people listed couldve helped. Other than that, Excellent people here. Highly recommend.

All of the staff at Floral Haven were professional and caring. You could truly feel their compassion when making my Mothers arrangements. I want to especially thank Steve Taylor our Funeral Director, Linda Joy McKinnon our Family Advisor, and Pastor James Lacey. Steve was very professional, compassionate, and accommodating to my family's needs at such a difficult time. Linda was very knowledgeable, professional and yet very understanding at the same time. She took me and literally walked me through the process answering a million questions swirling in our minds. Pastor Lacey was very impressive how he put together a Memorial Service on a short notice. He sat with the family and let us relive our beloved memories of our mother and put together a beautiful service. I was very impressed with their services. Thank you so much, our family couldn't have made it through this difficult time without your guidance.

The entire staff at Floral Haven is phenomenal. Andrea, Steve and Linda could not have been more caring or nicer in helping us arrange my Mom's funeral services. Every detail was handled with care and concern. Pastor Lacey was also wonderful - we could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend them!
